As we prepare for the 2024 Give for Good Louisville campaign on September 12th, we are thrilled to reflect on the incredible achievements of last year and share how your generosity has made a profound impact. This event remains CrossRoads Missions’ largest annual fundraiser, and it’s an opportunity for us to highlight how your contributions support our vital work across the U.S. and Mexico.

Reflecting on 2023: A Record-Breaking Year

Thanks to your unwavering support, our 2023 Give for Good campaign was a monumental success. In just 24 hours, we raised nearly $60,000, marking our largest single-day fundraiser in nearly three decades. This extraordinary achievement earned us the #22 spot out of over 550 participating nonprofits, and your contributions allowed us to leverage those funds in remarkable ways:

• Investment in Development and Operations: The funds were crucial in supporting our development and operational needs—areas often overlooked by grant funding. Your donations enabled us to hire a talented grant writer, who helped secure nearly $100K in grant funding specifically for our Western Kentucky and Appalachia fields. Additionally, we were able to purchase essential new equipment, including a work truck, two flat-bed trailers, a skid-steer, and a scissor lift. These additions have significantly expanded the scope of our projects and have been transformative for our operations.

• Enhanced Project Management: The campaign funds allowed us to bring on a part-time project manager, Vince Cain, who has been instrumental in launching our digital newsletter. Now reaching over 10,000 people each month, this increased visibility has not only raised awareness but also attracted additional donations, new volunteers, and trip participants.
• Improved Outreach and Engagement: Vince also helped us secure a Google Non-Profit Account and $10,000 per month in Google Ad Grants. These resources have been pivotal in boosting our outreach and connecting with a wider audience and furthering ministry opportunities such as The English House on our Mexico field.

We couldn’t achieve our mission without the amazing support we receive from each of you, our CrossRoads Missions family. Peer-to-peer fundraising significantly increases our support and amplifies our reach.
• Gift Match Donor: Consider providing a matching gift to double the impact of every donation. Last year, over $26K in matching funds were raised, and this support was crucial to our success.
