About Us

CrossRoads Missions is a Christian missions organization dedicated to worship, service, and discipleship. Since 1993, we have been mobilizing churches to actively live out the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18–20) through impactful mission trips, volunteer service projects, and faith-based outreach opportunities. Our goal is to equip and engage believers in meaningful ministry that shares the love of Jesus Christ through both word and action.

We mobilize volunteers of all ages for meaningful, hands-on service in the U.S. and in Mexico.
Our mission projects include:

  • Construction and home repair

  • Disaster relief and recovery

  • Immigrant and refugee care

  • Youth outreach and mentoring

  • Medical missions

  • Education and tutoring

  • Evangelism and language instruction

Each project meets real needs. But more importantly, they create opportunities to build Christ-centered relationships.

We go beyond meeting physical needs. Our goal is to build authentic, gospel-driven connections between volunteers and those they serve. Every interaction becomes a chance to share the love of Jesus—not just through words, but through presence and compassion. By focusing on relationship, we help people experience transformation through faith in Christ.

We work alongside local churches and faith-based partners in every community we serve. Our teams don’t work in isolation. Every mission is part of a larger, ongoing effort to disciple and support local people. When volunteers return home, the mission doesn’t end. Local partners continue the work, offering spiritual growth, support, and care. This partnership model ensures that lives are impacted long after the project ends.

1. Pray: Pray for the new families in need of help, and opportunities to serve in all of our fields. Pray that once again we can change lives and communities. Will you pray for God to raise up the funds necessary to bring light to others.

2. Promote: Would you consider promoting our volunteer opportunities and mission trip opportunities for service to your friends, clubs, classes, home groups, etc.? Many times, it just takes someone to extend an invitation. Next time you volunteer, will you purposely invite someone else to join you?
